Help Us Honor Toni and Give Her the Final Resting Place She Deserves ❤️
On Tuesday, September 1st, 2026, our family lost a truly special person—Tonette “Toni,” at just 63 years old.
Toni was one of a kind. She was an explorer who loved discovering new places and collecting antiques. She was funny, loving, generous, and the kind of person who would do absolutely anything for anyone. She had a heart for people and a way of making those around her laugh and feel loved.
Toni fought a courageous battle with cancer. She did everything she possibly could to fight it and beat it. She never stopped trying, but sadly, after such a hard-fought battle, cancer ultimately defeated her.
Toni had planned ahead as much as she was able and had paid for her cremation. Unfortunately, we learned at the funeral home that the burial expenses and the cost of adding her name to the family headstone had not been paid for.
Toni never worried about having her name on a headstone, but her family would love the opportunity to honor her by making sure her name is there—so that future generations will know that Toni was here, she was loved, and she will never be forgotten.
Toni will be laid to rest beside her mom and dad, her brother, and her great-niece. We find comfort knowing she will be surrounded by the family who went before her.
Her two sisters are doing everything they can to take care of the remaining expenses and give Toni the final resting place she deserves. However, both sisters live on limited incomes and are facing their own health challenges, making these unexpected expenses difficult to manage on their own.
We are hoping to raise $1,400 to help cover the remaining burial expenses and have Toni’s name added to the headstone.
We know times are difficult for everyone, and any amount—no matter how small—would mean more to our family than we can put into words. If you aren’t able to donate, sharing this fundraiser with others would be just as appreciated.
Toni spent her life helping others and never hesitated to be there when someone needed her. Now, we are asking for a little help to give her the farewell she deserves and preserve her memory for years to come.
Thank you for loving Toni, remembering Toni, sharing her story, and helping our family honor her.
Rest peacefully, Toni. ❤️
You fought so hard. You gave so much. You were loved so deeply. You will never be forgotten.
