On Saturday, March 22, before midnight, Miguel Angel Aristizabal was involved in a tragic accident that resulted in his untimely passing. He leaves behind his loving parents, two sisters, and his cherished young daughter, Saylith Michell.
Miguel migrated to the United States in 2023 from Colombia, and his family is in urgent need of donations to facilitate the return of his body to his home country.
In order to help them bring him home for a proper farewell with loved ones, we are asking for contributions, no matter how small, as it will make a meaningful difference. The costs associated with transferring his body are significant, including transportation, preparation of remains, and necessary legal documentation. They would deeply appreciate any contributions that can help them during this very difficult time.
Those who knew Miguel know what an incredible human being he was. He was profoundly kind, always ready to lend a hand to those in need, and his smile could light up any room. A man of God, Miguel wore his faith openly, often uplifting others through heartfelt conversations, scripture, or prayer.
We mourn the loss of a great friend, brother, and son. Yet we find solace in knowing that Heaven has gained an angel and Miguel now rests in eternal peace.
“Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his faithful servants” (Psalm 116:15).
May this truth bring comfort to us all, reminding us that God embraces us with His love and grace. Death is not the end but a transition to a new beginning. Miguel is now in the presence of the Lord and his spirit lives on in the love and memories he shared with each of us.

El sábado 22 de marzo del 2025, antes de la medianoche, Miguel Ángel Aristizabal sufrió un trágico accidente que le ocasionó su prematura muerte. Deja atrás a sus queridos padres, dos hermanas y a su pequeña hija, Saylith Michell.
Miguel emigró a Estados Unidos en 2023 desde Colombia, y su familia necesita urgentemente donaciones para facilitar el regreso de su cuerpo a su país de origen.
Para ayudarlos a traerlo a casa para una despedida digna con sus seres queridos, solicitamos contribuciones, por pequeñas que sean, ya que marcarán una diferencia significativa. Los costos asociados con el traslado de su cuerpo son considerables, incluyendo el transporte, la preparación de los restos y la documentación legal necesaria. Ellos agradecerían profundamente cualquier contribución que pueda ayudarlos en estos momentos difíciles.
Quienes conocieron a Miguel saben lo increíble que era profundamente amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar a los necesitados, y su sonrisa iluminaba cualquier espacio. Un hombre de Dios, Miguel profesaba su fe abiertamente, animando a los demás a menudo con conversaciones sinceras, lecturas de las Sagradas Escrituras o oraciones.
Lamentamos la pérdida de un gran amigo, hermano e hijo. Sin embargo, nos consuela saber que en el Cielo han recibido un ángel y que Miguel ahora descansa en paz.
“Mucho valor tiene a los ojos del Señor la muerte de sus fieles. Yo, Señor, soy tu siervo; soy siervo tuyo, hijo de tu sierva; ¡tú has roto mis cadenas!” (Salmo 116:15).
Espero que está escritura nos consuele a todos, recordándonos que Dios nos abraza con su amor y gracia. Ya que la muerte no es el final, sino una transición hacia un nuevo comienzo. Miguel está ahora en la presencia del Señor y su espíritu vive en el amor y los recuerdos que compartió con cada uno de nosotros.
