Hello friends and family,
It is with great sadness that I inform everyone of Kathy Harrold-Hatler’s passing on this day at 3:03 am.
She was one of the strongest women I’ve ever met and has been battling several medical conditions throughout her life. She never let it get her down. She pushed through and returned to the work field at age 71 and loved her job. She left behind a cat that she loved dearly, spoiled rotten, and accustomed to a special diet.
This has been a very trying time for us and her medical needs throughout the years. We were not prepared for this outcome, so I am asking anyone that may have known her and the stories of her life to please help in being able to have the right thing done by her in the end.
It has been her wish to have her ashes spread in several places, including where her mom was last.
Mini story… She’s had cancer 3 times and has survived. Kidney and anal at the same time and has struggled with a fistula as a result of so many abdominal surgeries. Unable to eat the same food you or I eat on a normal basis, she has suffered the loss of her right leg due to a blood clot and ended with pneumonia that she got from riding her scooter to work. She has always been a loyal employee wherever she worked.
She was diagnosed with a form of leukemia 7 months ago called CLL being the 4 th cancer in her life.
She will be missed immensely but the fight to stay alive for her is over. May she rest in peace !
The funds are needed asap but mortuary will hold remains for up to 90 days to be claimed. Any help would be greatly appreciated so as to lay her to test
