Support for Curt and his children
Curt, my son, and his six children are facing an unimaginable loss after Brenda passed away unexpectedly from a sudden heart attack at just 46 years old. Brenda was a deeply loving wife and mother who always put faith and family first. She gave everything she had to care for her husband and children, especially through the many medical appointments, surgeries, and challenges some of the kids have faced. She was the kind of mom who was always there, from daily caregiving to helping backstage at dance every year. Brenda was loved beyond words, and her absence has left this family shocked, heartbroken, and trying to find a way through so much grief all at once.
On top of this devastating loss, Curt is carrying so much responsibility. There was no life insurance, and earlier this year he also lost his father, someone the whole family was very close to. Their family vehicle broke down, and they are now relying on an old car with 450,000 miles. This fundraiser will help Curt with funeral expenses, immediate living needs, and, if possible, a reliable vehicle big enough for the family so they can safely be together and get where they need to go.
