Belinda and Bridgette
Katherine is creating this fundraiser for her cousin, Belinda B. Abaleta, after the heartbreaking loss of Belinda’s beloved 4-year-old daughter, Bridgette Lyn Abaleta. Bridgette passed away far too soon after a brief but severe battle with dengue fever. In just four short years, Bridgette brought so much light, love, and happiness to her family and to everyone who knew her. Her loss has left an unimaginable pain, and no parent should ever have to face the sorrow of losing a child while also carrying the burden of sudden expenses.
This fundraiser is meant to help ease some of that weight from Belinda’s shoulders. The support raised will go toward the outstanding hospital bills from Bridgette’s care, along with funeral and memorial expenses, so Belinda can focus on grieving, healing, and honoring Bridgette’s memory.
