Hello. I am the mother of Ryan Schank. March 25th 2024 Ryan suddenly lost his father from a heart attack at age 50. Many who knew Mark and Ryan knew that Ryan was marks pride and joy. Ryan was marks only child. This was a very hard time for Ryan as he lost his dad at age 16. If losing his dad wasn’t enough Ryan also endured mental trauma from his step mother who had only been married to his dad for 5 months when Mark passed away. Ryan’s step mom decided she wasn’t giving Ryan anything of his dad’s willingly so I had to hire a probate lawyer and have forked out over $6000 n attorney fees. The main focus of that probate case was so Ryan could Inherit his dad’s antique fire truck that he had owned over 20 years. Ryan grew up with that truck and spent many parades riding in it with Mark. Mark’s wife was going to die first before Ryan got that truck. He also had a 1998 jeep wrangler sitting at his dad’s that was bought for Ryan by Mark. It was a project they were going to work on together so when Ryan started driving he could drive the jeep. Unfortunately Ryan thought that his step mom cared about him but she proved otherwise. So he not only lost his dad he also lost a step mom and her family who he was very fond of. He will never see the inside of his second home again because she got the house and we no longer speak to her. This caused a lot of pain for Ryan anger and anxiety. Also a year later and his dad doesn’t have a headstone and that really bothers Ryan. Mark’s wife has yet to buy a headstone for Marks grave but has somehow had funds to have many tattoos done. Ryan would like to visit his dad’s grave site and see a headstone there instead of just grass. I am trying to raise funds to purchase a headstone for his dad’s grave as well as help for the lawyer fees that I definitely couldn’t afford. But I couldn’t sit back and not try fighting for what was rightfully Ryan’s. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
