Remembering Jesse: A Life Taken Too Soon

Main fundraiser photo
My name is Elizabeth and I am the aunt of Jesse Pimentel, whose life was taken today, 3/28/25, at 3:17 pm. He was shot and killed. He was only 25 years old and had so much life to live and so many memories to make. Everyone who knew Jesse would tell you he was an amazing young man, had so many friends, and would be there anytime they needed him. This is a phone call no one should ever receive or pain I wish on anyone. Jesse was loved by many, and if you speak to the friends and family that knew him best, they would tell you this is a loss that has shaken us to our core. A little over a year ago, we lost my mom, his grandmother, and he did not take it well. He wanted to make a difference in his life and help people alongside his journey. He was smart, caring, kind, funny, charismatic, charming, and loved sports. He truly was a blessing in our lives and always made sure we were okay or if we needed anything. He was not perfect, but he was our perfect, and I know he is flying high with angels. Losing Jesse after we just got him back has devastated our entire family, and the road ahead will be a hard and long one. Jesse James Pimentel was born on 10/2/1999 and passed on 3/28/25, a life cut way too short over senseless gun violence. We are hoping to raise the money to give Jesse the send-off he needs and some relief for the family.
