There are some things in life you know will be hard, but nothing could ever prepare a parent for losing their child.
This morning, Matthew and Hannah experienced the unimaginable when their sweet baby boy, Waylon, passed away at only 3 weeks old. Three weeks was nowhere near enough time, and our hearts are completely broken for them.
No one ever expects to have to plan a funeral for their baby. This was never something anyone thought they would need to prepare for, emotionally or financially. Right now, Matthew and Hannah should be able to grieve their son, hold onto every memory they have of him, and be surrounded by the people who love them without also carrying the weight of figuring out how to pay for his burial.
We are asking for help to give Waylon the beautiful goodbye he deserves and to take even a small part of this burden off of Matthew and Hannah during the hardest days of their lives.
