Help Us Lay my Mother to Rest ️
On Tuesday, August 25th, our family experienced the heartbreaking and unexpected loss of our mother.
After a short illness, she was being cared for at the Cleveland Clinic while awaiting a liver transplant. Unfortunately, she passed away before she was able to receive the transplant we were all praying and hoping for.
As her daughter, La’Shawnda, I am asking for the support of our family, friends, community, and anyone who feels led to help us during this incredibly difficult time.
Unfortunately, the limited life insurance coverage she had will not cover the full cost of her final arrangements. Our family is now faced with the unexpected financial responsibility of bringing her home from Cleveland, Ohio to West Virginia and giving her the proper home going and burial she deserves.
We are raising funds to help cover the cost of transporting her home, funeral arrangements, burial expenses, and other necessary expenses associated with laying her to rest.
