I am Ron Bain’s fiancée, Lisa Billings, and Saturday, March 22 at 5:07 am, we lost Ron due to complications from heart failure. Unfortunately, on February 1, we lost everything in a house fire, and it has left no means or ways to give Ron a proper memorial or send-off. I am devastated.
