I’m raising funds in memory of my beloved brother, Jesus “Nandy” Leonardo. Losing Nandy has left our family heartbroken. He was strong, independent, caring, loving, hardworking, funny, and truly a people person. He had a way of making others feel comfortable, welcomed, and loved, and his absence is deeply felt by all of us who knew him.
After almost 40 days in the hospital, Nandy passed away. During that time, he contracted two bacterial infections that developed into pneumonia. Our mother, my brother, and I are now facing the pain of losing him while also trying to manage the expenses that came with his lengthy hospitalization.
We want to give Nandy a peaceful farewell and a memorial service where family and friends can come together to honor his life. Donations will help cover his funeral and memorial costs, as well as the medical expenses our family is carrying from his time in the hospital.
