Honor Marion Juliano Yambor’s Memory

Main fundraiser photo
I am raising money to help in the cremation of my friend, my family Marion Juliano Yambor. She was born March 12, 1938, in Philadelphia, PA. I met Mrs. Mary living at the Philadelphia airport, not from any fault of hers, just unfortunate events that happened in her life. Most people would have given up on life, but not Mrs. Mary. She toughed out the Philadelphia streets day and night, maintaining her beauty, dignity, and her pride. It has not been an easy battle putting someone’s life back together, but it was all well worth it. If I lived in Philadelphia, I know her story would not have ended like it did. After a nursing home neglected her care, she became sepsis and she never fully recovered. She was weak, bedridden, and could no longer swallow, so her food had to be puréed. From being independent to fully dependent on others she and her body finally gave up. She is now resting peacefully. She has no family and had no arrangements made for herself when she passed. I did not want them to toss her in a shared grave as they have done others with stories like hers. My friend deserves so much more than I can give, but right now I am asking for donations so I can have her cremated. This summer I will spread her ashes in Philadelphia, her home, the place she loved and where she wanted to stay. Thank you so much for your help.
