Hi, my name is Meynard Formaran, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart.
My father was initially diagnosed with Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)—a condition we knew was serious, but we weren’t prepared for how quickly things would take a turn. Over time, his health declined, and complications developed. He eventually suffered from severe pulmonary issues that led to respiratory failure. He was placed on a ventilator and remained in the ICU for several weeks, fighting for his life.
Despite all efforts, we lost him.
My dad was a kind, selfless, and loving man who always looked out for others before himself. Seeing him in that condition was incredibly painful for our family. Now, while grieving, we’re also faced with the weight of his hospital bills and the cost of a proper funeral—both of which are beyond our current means.
