On the morning of June 9, 2025, a member of the Ransbottom family was taken.
U.S. Air Force Veteran Matthew “Matt” Joel Ransbottom lost his life Monday morning as a result of a vehicle/pedestrian accident that took place on I555 in Bay, Arkansas . He had pulled his vehicle over due to mechanical issues and while attempting to repair the vehicle he was struck and killed.
Matt was a family man who now leaves behind a wife, Kim Ransbottom; 5 children, 3 grandchildren, a large extended family, as well as many friends.
We are asking for help in providing financial relief for the family at this time. His wife, Kim, is an ovarian cancer survivor and mother to 5 children, two of which are the ages of 14 and 15 and still reside at home.
As he was the sole provider for the family, all donations made will go towards funeral expenses and any ongoing bills until they can get back on their feet.
