I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the passing of a dear family friend, Pamela Williams. She was a remarkable person who touched the lives of many. My name is Verona Gilbert, and I am reaching out to extend my deepest condolences to the Williams family during this incredibly difficult time.
As Pamela’s loved ones navigate this challenging period, I would like to help facilitate a way to support them in their time of need. I have set up this fundraiser page to help cover the costs of Pamela’s funeral and burial expenses, as her sibling, who was her primary caregiver, is currently facing their own health challenges.
Pamela was a beloved member of the community, and her passing has left a void in the lives of those who knew her, including me. Her illness was sudden and short, leaving her family with little time to prepare for the financial burden of her passing.
Pamela and I have walked a long and winding road together in the past, facing numerous challenges and hardships along the way. Despite the tough times, we always found solace in each other’s company and support. One of our most cherished traditions was our early morning prayer sessions. Whenever we faced difficulties, we’d wake up at 3 a.m. and pray on the phone for as long as it took, encouraging and lifting each other up. Those moments were truly sacred, and I will always treasure the bond we formed during those times. She is gone but not forgotten.
