Help Me Say Goodbye to My Son

Jostha N Williams - Help Me Say Goodbye to My Son

My name is Jostha, a hardworking mother from New York. On August 25, my world fell apart. My beloved son, Slyfay Welli, passed away from colon cancer. He was only 33 years old.

In 2024, we received the devastating news that he had cancer. From that moment on, our lives became a series of hospital visits, always hoping for a miracle. I traveled repeatedly from New York to France to be by his side, to hold his hand, and to let him know that he was not alone.

But despite his courage, strength, and determination, he lost his battle with cancer.

No mother should ever have to bury her child. The pain is unbearable. Every morning I wake up to the heartbreaking reality that I will never see my son again, never hear his laughter, and never be able to hold him in my arms.

Because of the many travel expenses and the financial impact of his illness, I do not have enough money to cover the costs of his funeral and burial. With a broken heart, I am asking for your help. I want to give my son the loving and dignified farewell he deserves.

Every donation, no matter how small, brings me one step closer to giving him that final goodbye. If you are unable to donate, sharing my story would mean the world to me.

Thank you for your compassion, support, and prayers during the darkest time of my life.

With love,

Jostha
Mother of Slyfay Welli ❤️️

My son fought until his very last breath. Now it is my turn to give him the peace he deserves.❤️
