I am starting this fundraiser for my mother after experiencing a loss that has been devastating beyond words. On Monday, I found my mom deceased, and I learned she had been gone for about two days with no one knowing. I am still trying to process the shock, grief, and heartbreak of losing her this way. My mother was the kind of person who would go out of her way to help others if she could. She was hardworking, caring, and loved making people smile, especially me.
