Help Me Honor Angie With a Memorial

Tayzer Enlow - Help Me Honor Angie With a Memorial

I am creating this fundraiser to honor my mother, Melissa Angie Sparr, known to so many as Angie. She passed away in August, and I want to give her the memorial she truly deserves. A lot of family and friends, including me, were not invited to the memorial that was already held, and that has made this even more important to my heart. As her son and as a minister, I feel called to do this the right way by traveling to Rineyville, Kentucky, inviting everyone who loved her, and hosting a memorial at a church where people can come together, remember her, and say goodbye. Angie was full of love and compassion, could talk your ear off, and had a feisty spirit that everyone who knew her will never forget.

I live 355 miles away in Decatur, Illinois, so I need help making this trip possible for me and my family. The funds raised will go directly toward gas to get there and back, a hotel stay for my wife and kids, food for the memorial feast and for my family during the trip, and supplies like helium balloons for a special release in Angie’s memory. The more support we receive, the bigger and more meaningful this memorial can be for everyone who loved her. If you are able to give, thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser with others who may be able to help us bring Angie’s loved ones together for a memorial they will remember.
