My name is Emilie, and I am raising funds for my father, Franklin Amos Jr. Our family is heartbroken after losing him Friday morning. Over the last couple of years, Dad faced so many serious health challenges, including kidney failure, heart failure, and a fall that caused a brain injury and required a major operation last year. Last Thursday, he went to dialysis and was sent to the hospital because he was having trouble breathing. He was placed on a ventilator, and by Friday morning, he had passed away. On top of this loss, we learned that his life insurance had lapsed last year, leaving us with funeral expenses we are struggling to cover.
We are so grateful that wonderful family members have already helped take care of the grave and the opening and closing fees. Right now, I am asking for help with the remaining funeral costs.
