With heavy hearts, our family is asking for love and support as we prepare to lay our beloved grandmother to rest. Born on May 1, 1934, and passing on August 25, 2026, she was the true matriarch of our family. A mother of 4, grandmother of 14, and great-grandmother of 11. She was our family’s breadwinner, protector, and glue. Her home was a safe haven for anyone who needed a place to go. Strong-willed and full of tough love, she also had the softest heart for the people she loved most. She spent her life caring for others, and her presence shaped generations of family and community.
As she approached the end of her life, her one request was to have a nice funeral service. Sadly, her life insurance policy lapsed in 2024 without our family’s knowledge, leaving funeral expenses.
How donations will help: every contribution will go toward covering these funeral costs and helping us honor her beautiful life and legacy in the way she wished.
