Family And friends we are sad to announce the unfortunate passing of our dear father, son, husband, stepfather, friend and brother Carlos Hough. He was the light of every function and family gathering. He showed love and patience to everyone he met, no one was a stranger. Everyone knew him and loved him indefinitely. We would love at this time help with raising funds for his wife for his funeral expenses.
