My brother Gregory Louis Vails passed away on May 23, 2025, after two weeks in hospice. On May 21st, we provided his life insurance policy to Thomson, Hall & Jordan funeral home for his upcoming memorial service.
After Greg’s death, his memorial service took place on June 3, 2025, with cremation planned for June 6th.
At the cremation site, the funeral director informed us that the insurance company would not pay the claim because the policy was less than two years old, resulting in the cancellation of the cremation. We are now seeking funds to cover the costs of the memorial and cremation services. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
