My name is Delores Allen I am the older sister of Cedrick Bighams-Love. The reason for my request is my brother was a special needs and did not know about how to apply for certain things that was very important in his life. My brother couldn’t read so a lot of things he couldn’t understand and had less trust in family friends. He always thought someone was trying to take something from him. My brother has one son. His son is not able to bury him because we all are living from 1 paycheck to the other one. Death has really put a toll on us these last 6 months. We buried my our mother in December 2024, Cedrick father March 2025, our grandmother in April 2025. Our grandmother is the person that raised me and Cedrick. I have not recovered from the loss of my other relative and now I have to figure out how can I give my brother a decent funeral.
