My younger brother, Logan Cates, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025. He was 28 years old, born on July 26th. He was found by his roommate who woke up sometime around 2:30am, but Logan was unable to be revived when medical help arrived. It was completely unexpected, and my older brother, Devin, and I, are completely devastated and in disbelief. We would like to be able to have a viewing for Logan, so that we, as well as those who knew and loved him, can see him one final time and get to say our goodbyes. We also hope to have him cremated following a visitation service.
Unfortunately, we can not possibly afford to make this happen on our own right now. Both of our parents have already passed, so it is solely up to us to handle this matter. But money is very tight right now as we both have young children to support, and so as much as we hate to reach out to others asking for help, we have decided to create this fundraiser page with the hope that maybe anyone who is willing and able, will find it in their hearts to donate what they can to help us lay our little brother to rest.
