Help Me Lay My Mother to Rest with Dignity Hello my name is Charlie Faye Thomas and I am reaching out with a heavy heart. I recently lost my mother, Charlie Mae Benton, at the age of 89. She was my whole world-my guiding light, my comfort, and my only family. As her only child, I am now faced with the emotional and financial burden of laying her to rest. My mother battled cancer bravely, but due to illness and age, she did not have life insurance I am doing everything I can do, but the cost of arrangements is more than I can handle alone. I want nothing more than to give her the peaceful, respectful farewell she deserve. If you feel moved to help , any amount- large or small-would mean so much.
