To whom reads this, my name is Jocelyn Samano. I am Victor Manuel Samano’s sister.

It is with heavy hearts that the passing of Victor Samano on June 13th 2015 is announced. He was known for his amazing smile and his unforgettable humor and will be deeply missed.

Arranging his funeral and memorial services presents an unexpected financial burden. The goal is to give Victor the dignified farewell he eserves, to honor his memory, and celebrate the life he lived.

RIP Victor Samano.
