It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Robert “Robbie” Hobbs II on Monday, August 31, 2026, in Seattle, Washington. Robbie was a beloved father, uncle, cousin, family member, and friend whose loss has left a tremendous void in the lives of everyone who knew and loved him. Robbie was the kind of person who would give someone the shirt off his back if they needed it. He had a giving heart and cared deeply for the people in his life. Now, on top of their grief, the family is facing the heartbreaking and unexpected responsibility of bringing Robbie home from out of state so he can be laid to rest surrounded by the people who love him.
Because Robbie passed away far from home, there are significant expenses involved in preparing and transporting him from Seattle, along with the funeral and burial costs that come with giving him the dignified homegoing he deserves. Donations from this fundraiser will help cover:
