I am creating this fundraiser for my husband, Patrick Jaylen Lombardi. Patrick was a loving, outstanding, and caring man who meant so much to so many people. He was an amazing husband, son, brother, uncle, and loyal friend. Right now, my heart is broken as I face the painful reality of losing him, and I am trying to bring him home to New York from Kansas City, Missouri so he can be surrounded by the love of his family and be laid to rest peacefully.
The funds raised will help me cover the transportation costs to bring Patrick back home, as well as funeral arrangements and other related expenses during this incredibly difficult time. I never imagined having to ask for help like this, but I want to give Patrick the peaceful farewell he deserves.
