Hi, my name is Robert. I am a friend of Joe Garcia, who lost his common-law wife Brenda Dodman to cancer on August 28th, 2026. It has been a difficult time for Joe, and through a suggestion from a friend, I have set up this fundraiser in honor of the late Brenda Dodman. For those who got to knew Brenda, she was always smiling and happy to see each and every one of you. She was always grateful for the time spent with her friends and family. She left behind her son Brent and daughter Kimber and her common-law husband Joe. As Joe tries to sort through the grieving process and going back to work, all funds raised will go to Joe to help with any funeral services including burial. Brenda was born on October 17th, 1960. She worked many years in the service industry, also did cleaning jobs. She met Joe in 2019 and they knew from the start they were meant to be together. They shared a long love life together and even though it was 7 years, their love story will live forever. Brenda will be greatly missed. For anyone that got to know her, she had a huge heart full of love for each and every one she met in her life. She always connected with fellow residents and shared her love for Joe.
