Honoring Aiden Davis: A Scholarship for Young Musicians
My name is Stacey Davis, and while my heart aches from an unimaginable loss, I’m filled with purpose to turn grief into something positive.
On October 23, 2024, my son, Aiden Davis, tragically took his own life at just 20 years old. Aiden was a kind soul with a passion for music. He began playing the trombone in fifth grade and continued through his senior year at Andover Central High School. He was an active member of the pep band, marching band, and jazz band — music was truly a part of who he was.
To honor Aiden’s memory and the joy music brought to his life, I’m creating The Aiden Davis Memorial Scholarship. My goal is to award ten $1,000 scholarships — one each year for the next ten years — to a graduating senior band member at Andover Central High School.
This scholarship is a way to keep Aiden’s spirit alive by supporting young musicians as they take their next steps in life.
Any contribution, no matter the size, will help keep Aiden’s memory alive and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students who share his love for music.
Thank you for your love, support, and generosity.
With gratitude,
Stacey Davis
