My niece Ashley was a beautiful 40-year-old woman who was taken from us far too soon. She leaves behind a loving husband and a talented son who just started college. Ashley was deeply devoted to her family and siblings, and I am so proud of the woman she became. Her kindness and strength touched everyone who knew her, and her loss is felt deeply by all of us.
Her funeral is scheduled for June 21, 2025, in Philadelphia. I am hoping to travel from my home in Harker Heights, Texas, to be there in person. I want to pay my respects, say a proper farewell, and support Ashley’s family and our loved ones as we grieve together. Some family members have reached out to me, asking if I’ll be there, and I have assured them I will do everything in my power to make it.
I am raising funds to help cover the cost of a plane ticket and a black suit so I can attend Ashley’s funeral.
